Incorporating Simulation Training In SUAS Education
Date/Time: Wednesday, June 28 at 3:00 – 4:00 pm ET
Webinar Description:
Simulation training is a big part of traditional aviation education. The main benefits of simulation are reduced flight time to master skills, reduced cost, and virtual manipulation of the environment. However, most individuals learning to fly sUAS do not use a simulation tool. At Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, we employ simulation in a demonstration-simulate-live fly architecture similar to traditional flight training to improve student success, confidence, and aptitude in sUAS training.
