Sascha brings years of experience in Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS) and Search and Rescue (SAR) from Swiss Air-Rescue Rega and later oversaw helicopter operations across 12 bases and the Operations Centre and headed the Innovation Cell, where he launched Rega’s drone program. At Dufour, Sascha leads the company through a pivotal growth phase where he focuses on strengthening partner relationships, securing market entry, building up production, and advancing core engineering and development efforts. Founded in 2017 and based in Switzerland, Dufour Aerospace develops efficient and sustainable aircraft for cargo transport, logistics and public safety. Its aircraft use distributed electric propulsion and a hybrid module to meet the demands of today’s Advanced Air Mobility and medium-sized drone markets.
