AUVSI to Host Webinar on How to Scale Drone Workflows for Architecture, Engineering and Construction Operations, May 27
Mapping experts to discuss increasing productivity with automation
ARLINGTON, Va. – The Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI) will host a webinar, “How To Scale Drone Workflows For Architecture, Engineering, And Construction Operations,” on Wednesday, May 27, 2020, at 1 p.m. EDT.
Integrating drones into the business operations for architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) is now a common practice. Drones bring much needed clarity to the day-to-day work of professionals in these industries, helping them oversee the finer details of the project site, improve collaboration across teams and reduce overall project costs.
During the webinar, Jeremiah Johnson, who works in business development of imagery at Esri, the global market leader in geographic information system (GIS) software, location intelligence and mapping, will describe how the company’s ArcGIS provides a scalable, enterprise drone operations platform for planning, processing, mapping and analysis.
Øystein Løvoll, survey manager, and Anders Avlesen, geospatial specialist at Skanska Norway, a world leading project development and construction group, building for a better society, will discuss how their organization increases productivity by leveraging automation and delivering information faster to enhance the decision-making process.
Registration for the webinar, which is sponsored by Esri, is available online and free for all attendees. Click here to register.
