Experts will examine the current challenges and future of automated vehicles
ARLINGTON, Va. – The Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI) will host a webinar to discuss integrating automated vehicles into our cities and roadways. It will also preview the Automated Vehicles Symposium 2018. The webinar will take place Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at 3 p.m. EDT.
“The Path to Integrating Automated Vehicles” will discuss the challenges of automated vehicle integration, as well as how the unmanned systems industry is best poised to tackle it. The webinar will feature Dr. Dominique Freckmann, manager of the Silicon Valley Tech Office, Global Automotive at TE Connectivity and Raffi Mardirosian, vice president of corporate development at Ouster, who will discuss the development, proliferation and future of automated vehicles.
The webinar will also provide an opportunity for attendees to hear from some of the industry leaders that will be present at the Automated Vehicles Symposium 2018, which will take place July 9 to 12, 2018, at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square. The event, hosted by AUVSI and the Transportation Research Board, will bring together experts to delve into topics such as cybersecurity, the regulatory landscape, artificial intelligence and vehicle connectivity.
