AUVSI to Host Webinar on Unmanned Maritime Technology

Leading industry experts will examine current and potential uses of unmanned maritime systems
ARLINGTON, Va. – The Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI) will host a webinar to examine how various industries currently utilize unmanned subsurface vehicles and the potential for new avenues of deep water explorations created by the technology. The webinar will take place Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2018 at 3 p.m. EDT.
“Unmanned Below the Sea: Discovering New Energy Opportunities” will explore the transformative applications of unmanned maritime systems, particularly in the context of the oil and gas industry. The webinar will feature John Boot, Solutions Engineering at Avitas Systems, a GE Venture, and Justin Manley, Managing Director at Just Innovation Inc., who will share how unmanned maritime systems have changed the way they do business.
