AUVSI's Unmanned Systems Europe 2007
Registration Information

How to Register
To register for AUVSI’s Unmanned Systems Europe 2007, complete the registration form and submit it online, by fax or by mail.

Registration Discount Deadline —15 April 2007
Register before the Registration Discount Deadline of 15 April 2007 and receive a substantial savings on the registration fee.  After 7 April, you must register onsite at the full registration fee (see below for registration open hours).  Your badge and final program may be picked up in the AUVSI registration area of the Hilton Cologne.

Onsite Registration
To register on site, come to the AUVSI registration area of the Hilton Cologne during any of the hours listed below:

Tuesday, 8 May
0830 – 1730

Wednesday, 9 May
0830 – 1600

Payment of Registration Fees
Payment information must accompany your registration form.  You may pay your registration fees by check, money order, travelers’ checks, bank wire transfer or credit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express).  All registrants must pay in full prior to the conference.  AUVSI will not invoice registrants.

Note:  All payments must be made in Euros, with the exception of payments for attendees from the USA, where payment may be made in US dollars (the registration fee will be based on the conversion rate at time of registration submission).  Your registration receipt will contain appropriate currency conversion information.

Registration Category Descriptions

Government — Open to anyone wishing to attend AUVSI's Unmanned Systems Europe 2007 who is a member of their country’s military, or who works for their country’s government.

Industry/Civilian — Open to anyone wishing to attend AUVSI's Unmanned Systems Europe 2007.

Student—Open to anyone wishing to attend AUVSI's Unmanned Systems Europe 2007 who is enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited college or university.  A photocopy of a full-time student ID, with current semester validation, must be submitted with the completed registration form.

All registration categories include the following:

  • Program Tuesday and Wednesday
  • Continental Breakfast, Morning and Afternoon Breaks, and Lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday
  • Reception on Tuesday
  • AUVSI's Unmanned Systems Europe 2007 Proceedings Website Link and Password

Note: The Nonmember registration fee includes an AUVSI individual membership through 31 December 2007.

Registration Confirmation
Your registration will be confirmed by email.  If you do not receive confirmation within 48 hours of the date submitted, or if you have other questions about your registration, contact AUVSI at +1 703 845 9671 ext. 210 or meetings@auvsi.org.

Registration Changes Deadline — 27 April 2007
Submit all registration changes by fax to +1 703 845 9679 ATTN: Registration.  Changes will not be accepted by phone or email.  To avoid duplications, DO NOT send copies of your registration form when corresponding with AUVSI. Changes will be accepted until Friday 27 April. After this date all changes will be processed onsite.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations received by 7 April 2007 will receive a 75% refund.  AUVSI is unable to issue refunds for cancellations received after 7 April 2007.  Substitutions are allowed up until 27 April 2007.  Refunds will not be made for no-shows.

Submit all cancellation requests by fax to +1 703 845 9679 ATTN: AUVSI Registration.  Cancellations will not be accepted by phone or email.  If the original payment method was credit card, please be sure to include the credit card type, number to be credited, expiration date and name as it appears on the credit card. 

Your cancellation will be acknowledged by email or fax.  If you do not receive an acknowledgement within two business days of sending in your cancellation request, please contact AUVSI to verify receipt.  Registration fees will be refunded four to six weeks following receipt of the cancellation request, pending approval.
