The Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center is actually located in Kissimmee, Florida — just 20 minutes from Orlando International Airport and in the center of it all! The convenient location is right next to the Walt Disney World® Resort, Sea World® Orlando, and Universal Orlando® Resort, putting you in the middle of all the fun Central Florida has to offer.
The weather is a combination of bright sunny days tempered by gentle breezes. The summer months are characterized by warmer temperatures and quick afternoon showers. August holds the record as the wettest month, with an average of 7.32 inches of rain. The average temperature is 92°F for the high, and 73°F for the low.
Loose, lightly colored clothing is recommended for daytime activities; a lightweight jacket or sweater is a good choice for the evening. Comfortable walking shoes will help make the experience at the area's numerous attractions a pleasant one. Sunscreen rated SPF 15 or higher is also a must for visitors of all ages.

Unmanned Systems North America 2006 Proceedings
A copy of AUVSI’s Unmanned Systems North America 2006 Proceedings is included in the registration fee for Full Registrants only (Civilian, Government, Speaker and Exhibitor categories). The proceedings will contain the technical and poster sessions presented during the symposium.
