Advanced control and processing software is a key part of Echodyne’s intelligent radar solutions, and Echodyne’s software team is setting the bar for high-reliability smart sensors for commercial applications.
Echodyne is searching for a motivated intern/co-op who has experience with perception and an interest and aptitude in machine learning to work on some revolutionary products at Echodyne. We are actively changing the ways to think about machine interaction with sensing and are looking for more talent to get excited about it with us.
Motivated to apply skills in machine learning to complex sensor fusion and perception tasks.
Ability to communicate your ideas, plans and designs to teammates.
Ability to analyze, and solve complex-engineering problems.
Familiarity with a variety of sensor data-product formats & associated meta-data from such sensing modalities as Radar, Lidar, mono- or stereo-vision, etc.
DESIRED ADDITIONAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Proficient in MATLAB
Experience with sensor perception development projects.
Experience with machine learning frameworks and techniques.
BS & working towards MS or PhD Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
Eligible to handle export controlled data (ITAR, EAR).
