RoboTour


RoboTour 2013

The AUVSI Foundation’s RoboTour is designed to introduce future generations of scientists and engineers to the exciting world of unmanned systems by giving students the opportunity to tour displays and robotic hardware in AUVSI's Unmanned Systems 2013 exhibit hall.

RoboTour 2013 will take place Thursday, August 15th at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C.  

RoboTour is free and is open to 5th -12th grade students.   

Advance registration is required.  Registration will open in mid-May.

RoboTour 2012 took place Thursday, August 9th in Las Vegas, NV as part of AUVSI's Unmanned Systems North America, the largest unmanned systems exhibition and conference in the world. Students from Las Vegas area Boy Scout and Girl Scout organizations were able to view the latest in unmanned technology, drive an underwater remotely operated vehicle, and interact with engineers and scientists who develop these amazing robots.
