Hotel Information
AUVSI has negotiated a substantially discounted rate with the Hilton San Diego Airport/Harbor Island, located 6 miles from SPAWAR Systems Center TRANSDEC Facility, of $169 single/double, excluding applicable tax (12.5% as of January 1, 2008); each additional person in the room is $15. Parking is $17 overnight.
Reservations will be accepted through Saturday, July 5. You can make your reservation online or by phone. To reserve online, please visit www.hilton.com, click on Reservations, enter your desired dates and enter AUV as the Group Code. To reserve by phone, call (800) HILTONS (445.8667); be sure to mention the group code AUV to receive the discounted room rate. Reservations made after July 5, will be on a space-available basis and available hotel rates will prevail.
NOTE: The hotel swimming pool will be available for testing purposes after 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; and after 9:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. We are working on other arrangements for swimming pools in the area.
