The AUVSI Media Partner Program engages in matching value, barter-only relationships with qualified print and digital media outlets who offer relevant news and editorial content.
We appreciate your patience as we work to have one-on-one conversations with every Media Partner and are able to respond to all discussions and requests!
AUVSI barters with print and digital media outlets to receive advertising exposure that encourages attendance at an AUVSI event. Acceptable advertising formats include:
- Full page ad space in print edition
- Full page ad in digital edition
- Full page rich media ad in digital edition
- Web banner ads
- Enewsletter Ads
- Dedicated emails to your subscriber lists
- Sponsored blog posts and text-based communications including social media
AUVSI offers Media Partners a variety of digital and onsite inventory elements to select from in exchange for their advertising support.
Once accepted as a Media Partner, AUVSI assumes a renewal of the agreement from year to year. We are happy to discuss increasing or changing the overall barter value with partners at any time.
Acceptance to Media Partner Program requires a valid media kit.
AUVSI prohibits the resale of any elements provided in barter to media partners to other sponsors, advertisers or partners without prior written consent. This includes complimentary booth or event space.
AUVSI reserves the right to review all Partner content submitted for exposure to AUVSI audiences. Inappropriate content will not be accepted or used.
