From Unmanned Vehicle Systems enthusiast through to multi-national company, the Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems Australia (AUVS-A) seeks to provide a local forum for all those interested in Unmanned Vehicle Systems in Australia.

AUVS-A is an affiliate to the Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI), the world’s largest non-profit organisation devoted exclusively to advancing the unmanned systems community.



ABOUT

The objective of AUVS-Australia is to undertake activities which:

  • Further the advancement of Unmanned Vehicle Systems
  • Act as the voice of the industry in public and Government forums
  • Promote the UVS industry, its applications and benefits to the wider community
  • Encourage education and research in the field of UVS
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within the UVS Community

AUVS-A Maritime Unmanned Systems Conference

AUVS Australia's "Maritime Unmanned Systems Conference" hosts an international line up of speakers from North America, New Zealand, Israel and Australia to name a few.  Our conference will be held in association with Pacific 2012.  



January 30-31, 2012,  Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Associated Event - QLD Government UAS Forum 

Queensland Government Department of Employment, Economic Development & Innovation, in conjunction with AUVS-A and CASA, are holding a forum on UAS. It will be an important information and networking event, bringing together government, CASA, industry and research to discuss current and future trends and developments for the industry.
