From Unmanned Vehicle Systems enthusiast through to multi-national company, the Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems Australia (AUVS-A) seeks to provide a local forum for all those interested in Unmanned Vehicle Systems in Australia.

AUVS-A is an affiliate to the Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI), the world’s largest non-profit organisation devoted exclusively to advancing the unmanned systems community.

The objective of AUVS-Australia is to undertake activities which:

  • Further the advancement of Unmanned Vehicle Systems
  • Act as the voice of the industry in public and Government forums
  • Promote the UVS industry, its applications and benefits to the wider community
  • Encourage education and research in the field of UVS
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within the UVS Community

AUVS-A to partner with Shephard Media on Unmanned Vehicles Pacific Conference and Exhibition

AUVS-Australia is pleased to announce that it will be partnering with Shepard Media in hosting the Unmanned Vehicles Pacific Conference and Exhibition. The conference, which is now in its fifth year, will be held on the 23rd-24th of May 2012 on the Gold Coast, QLD. 

Held in conjunction with Heli Pacific the combined events attract audiences of over 600, drawn from the military, government, industry and academic institutions from Australia and the wider region. The exhibition showcases solutions and systems on the cutting edge of unmanned technology and the conference content reflects this fast growing and exciting sector.
