*The nonmember registration fee includes an AUVSI individual membership valid for one year from the date of registration.

Substitution Policy
   
Not able to attend? Substitutions are permitted within the same organization only. The original registrant may make the substitution online through Monday, 11 February.  Starting Tuesday, 12 February, all substitutions must be made onsite and requrie hard copy/written permission from the original registrant granting the subsitution. Substitutions will not be made once the original registrant has attended any portion of the conference.  

Badge swapping or sharing is not permitted.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be accepted until Monday, 21 January 2013, less a 25% cancellation fee. After Monday, 21 January, there will be no refunds for cancellations. There will be no refunds for no-shows.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to meetings@auvsi.org.

Cancellations will not be accepted by phone. Cancellations will be acknowledged by email.

 

 

AUVSI Attendance Terms and Conditions

Attendance is for members of AUVSI's industry ONLY. Individuals not in the trade should not attend. AUVSI reserves the right to accept or reject registrations and to cancel any previously accepted reservations, at any time, at its sole discretion, without liability to the registrant or any other party. This policy was instituted to maintain the professional environment at AUVSI events, while protecting the interests of our attendees, exhibitors, and speakers.

Loud, abusive, or defamatory language, harassment or other unprofessional or inappropriate behavior is not permitted at any time. If such conduct is engaged in by a registrant, please be advised that AUVSI may cancel any previously accepted reservations, at any time, at its sole discretion, and the registrant agrees to exit the premises immediately.

AUVSI badges may not be reproduced, transferred or resold. The AUVSI badge constitutes a limited revocable license to attend the current AUVSI event. AUVSI badges are the property of AUVSI and may be revoked at any time for any reason. AUVSI badges must be worn at all times during the event. AUVSI has sole discretion over admission at all times and shall strictly enforce all AUVSI rules. Attendees agree to abide by these rules, which may be updated at any time. Violators risk immediate confiscation of their badge without refund and removal from the premises. Violators will not be allowed re-entry and may be prohibited from attending future AUVSI events.
