Cancellation Policy
Individual guests making a reservation at The Ritz-Carlton will automatically be charged on their individual credit card for one night's room and tax at the time of the booking. Individual guests canceling their reservation from 18 January 2013 until 4 February 2013 will be charged for ONE night’s stay. Individual guests canceling their reservations from 5 February 2013 until date of arrival, and/or no-show rooms, will be charged to the individual guest's credit card for their full stay. Substitutions will be accepted up until the date of arrival.
Parking
Hotel Parking Rates:
Self-Parking: $12.00 per day per vehicle
Valet Day Visitor: $20.00 per day per vehicle
Valet Overnight: $35.00 per day per vehicle
Free parking is available in the Tysons Galleria, mall garage. Once parked there, you can walk through the mall and enter The Ritz-Carlton from inside.
A complimentary shuttle will be available from 0700-0900 and also 1700-1930 running to and from the West Falls Church metro stop and The Ritz Carlton, Tysons Corner.
